Dealers are our first customers, and how we treat them defines the start of every borrower’s experience.

Job Description

As a Dealer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with our dealer partners, with a focus on growth, efficiency, and volume. You will work closely with dealerships to onboard them to Avid’s business model, provide ongoing training, and assist internal departments in resolving dealer-related issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

+ Grow developing and new markets through new dealer enrollment.

+ Dealer relationship management with a focus on increasing efficiency and volume.

+ Provide onboarding and continuing training to dealership regarding Avid’s business model.

+ Assist Underwriting, Funding, and Servicing departments with dealership issues.

+ Meet or exceed monthly individual and department objectives.

+ Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and/or personal information.

+ Data entry of information pertaining to the application.

Skills, Education, and Experience

+ Proven track record of success with 3 or more years experience in dealer relations, sales, or account management role

+ High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual skills are a plus.

+ Experience in loan origination or finance a plus

+ Adept sales and conversations skills preferred

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Basic computer and typing skills

+ Bilingual is a plus
