    Job Summary:

    The **HR Analyst** plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, process enablement, and stakeholder collaboration to empower Compass One business teams.

     

    A key portion of this role will be managing and evolving the onboarding/offboarding process, leading client compliance audits, and ensuring consistent delivery of assigned KPIs.

     

    The ideal candidate is both analytical and operational — someone who thrives on improving efficiency, leveraging technology, and partnering cross-functionally to elevate service delivery through process optimization and data-driven insights.

    Qualifications:

    Compliance & SLA Management

    + Oversee all on/off-boarding compliance including communicating guidelines, creating internal measures, engaging with stakeholders on delivery, driving process improvements and leveraging systems and tools

    + Manage internal and client audits, compliance training, and reports on routine basis for various lines of business across the portfolio.

    + Engage with client and key stakeholders to gain alignment, provide recommendations and mitigate risks

    + Partner with the Audit Department on internal and external audits; prepare supporting documentation, reports, and remediation plans.

    + Track findings, identify root causes, drive corrective actions and process improvements.

    HR Operations & Process Management

    + Translate regulatory and client requirements into policies, procedures, and standard operating processes (SOPs)

    + Ensure consistent application of compliance and HR standards across business functions.

    Data Analytics & Insights

    + Manage large datasets and reports supporting client deliverables, employee training, employment active status, and employee distributions lists.

    + Prepare compliance status reports, risk assessments, audit summaries, and performance metrics for HR and senior leadership.

    + Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    + 5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or systems and reporting.

    + Must be proficient with Excel spreadsheets and formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP), and project management software (e.g. Smartsheet).

    + Self-starter with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to details.

    + Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve HR processes and workflows.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.

    + Experience managing large datasets and creating data-driven reports.

    + Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across departments and influence outcomes

    + Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

    + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Data & Analytics or related field

    Preferred Experience

    + Experience in a highly-matrixed organization.

    + Vendor management experience

    + High proficiency in HRIS systems, reporting, and data quality assurance
