Job Summary
We are seeking a hospitality minded Marketing leadership professional to join our dynamic airport lounge operations team. MUST be based in a location near **Dulles, Newark, or Chicago** airport hubs. As the Marketing Manager for this busy aviation portfolio, you will be responsible for implementing and elevating the organization’s front-of-house standards and client driven initiatives. This role focuses on executing strategic programs that enhance customer satisfaction and guest experience, including merchandising, seasonal activations, and regional promotions. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing for Airport Lounges and Conference Centers to ensure the Aviation division’s goals are achieved. **_Travel required - 50%_**
Position Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing in the delivery and communication of
marketing programs from FLIK to managers to ensure consistent representation of
FLIK promotions at each location.
• Support the Director of Marketing in planning and executing seasonal marketing
activations and monthly promotions.
• Conduct site visits and identify opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and guest
experience.
• Coordinate with marketing and culinary teams to address FOH needs, organize
regional site tours, and implement refreshes and seasonal innovations.
• Partner with the corporate FLIK Marketing and Creative Services team to develop
tailored local activations for each region we serve.
• Deliver and communicate monthly marketing promotions to managers for
seamless implementation.
• Provide support for new account openings, including station diagrams, layouts,
and smallwares, and lookbooks.
• Communicate progress, risks, and escalations appropriately at all levels of the
organization, or multiple departments, and businesses.
• Collaborate and build relationships with all stakeholders - including senior
executives, on site operational leadership, and client.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop quarterly marketing
performance reviews and contribute insights for business reviews.
• Collect and analyze data on smallwares usage and wear, creating detailed
annual reports.
• Facilitate FOH training, including smallwares management and signage standards.
Review and proof marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with the operational services team to develop strategies for
enhancing the FLIK brand presence.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and
objectives
• Support the marketing and creative departments in developing sales strategies
Role Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of merchandising / marketing experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage all
levels of the organization.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills - able to communicate clearly and
compellingly to cross-functional partners.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, and Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite
experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to define and execute change strategies.
• Client-focused, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence and manage external resources in a highly matrixed
environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities within a single project while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on
analysis and outcomes.
