Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join a client’s team in the Twin Cities area.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between corporate functional teams and IT, working closely with the product owner and BIT resources throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, communicate them effectively across teams, and support user testing to ensure successful delivery. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in their analytical skills, naturally curious, and eager to learn. It is a hybrid role that requires onsite work in Bloomington, MN, offering an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

Skills and Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working as a business analyst, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Familiarity with application programming and/or SQL.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work across multiple products simultaneously.
• Ability to research, analyze, and solve problems with software programs.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Information Technology.
• Experience working as a BA on a variety of products; working on projects to support data/customer data or customer facing technology (mobile applications, websites, etc.).
• Experience with Informatica or Snowflake
