    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring for a full-time Registered Nurse - Russian Speaking for our home health clinic in West Hartford, CT. The RN will provide direct patient care, education, and support in the home setting, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and culturally sensitive communication for our Russian‑speaking patients and families.

     

    This individual will oversee a case load of 20-30 patients per week, and the schedule is fully flexible.

    Responsibilities:

    Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and chronic disease monitoring (Diabetes, Heart Failure, etc.).

     

    Communicate effectively with Russian‑speaking patients and families to ensure understanding of care plans, medications, and health education.

     

    Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team to coordinate services.

     

    Document patient care accurately and in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and agency standards.

     

    Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, safety, and preventive health practices.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing

     

    Active Registered Nurse License in Connecticut

     

    Bilingual [Russian + English ] - conversational

     

    Any exposure to Home Health is strongly preferred
