    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking to add an Engineering Project/Team Lead to their client’s growing team in St. Louis, MO. This role begins with hands-on engineering project work and evolves into leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, client-facing skills, and a desire to grow into a senior leadership position. Main responsibilities will include scoping, estimating, and collaboration with the drafting team on proposals when awarded projects all within sub-station and line design. They will support construction by clarifying design intent and need o be comfortable being customer facing as they will meet with clients to try and generate work. The growth opportunity is high as they will be helping to build out the team in St. Louis that they will eventually oversee.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 1+ years of Electrical or Power Systems Engineering experience

     

    - Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred OR willingness to obtain

     

    - Prior experience in utility power systems, substation, or line design projects

    - Familiarity with scope development, estimating, and proposal preparation

    - Strong communication and client-facing abilities. Autocad
