    Job Description

    A healthcare client in the South Florida area is looking for a Member Concierge Medical Assistant to serve as a key liaison for members, delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience throughout their healthcare journey. Daily responsibilities include greeting and escorting members to partner facilities, performing phlebotomy, and triaging member needs to ensure timely and appropriate care coordination. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and shipping FedEx outbound welcome kits, maintaining accurate documentation within the Athena EMR system, and leveraging strong computer skills to support administrative tasks. A polished presentation and proactive problem-solving mindset are essential. Prior experience in private concierge healthcare is highly valued.
