Recruitment Operations Manager (ROM)
Salary Range: $55,000 annually + Commission

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager (ROM) to oversee a team of Recruiters and Client Coordinators while fostering professional development through consistent coaching and support. Key Responsibilities:
+ Build relationships with patients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals
+ Develop and lead the overall recruitment strategy for the office
+ Provide ongoing development and coaching for team members
+ Translate business plans into actionable recruiting strategies
+ Drive strategic recruiting efforts and programs for Recruiters and Client Coordinators
+ Implement staffing plans based on client needs
+ Evaluate and leverage recruitment resources (technology, social media, job fairs, referrals) to improve key metrics such as caregiver starts, fill rates, retention, and overtime reduction
+ Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics
+ Ensure accuracy of patient and caregiver schedules in the system of record
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or Nursing (BSN preferred)
+ Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related programs preferred
+ Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
+ Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Fluency in English required
