    Belle Terrace is seeking a Unit Manager who is committed to compassionate, quality care and has a desire to learn or build on prior experience in the specialty of senior care.

     

    This position is responsible for the clinical care of residents, oversight, and development of staff on assigned units. Education, infection control, and auditing responsibilities are integral parts of this role. Regulatory compliance is a priority of this role.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Current LPN license in the state of PA

    + Long Term Care Nursing experience preferred

    + Supervisor or management experience preferred

    + Knowledge of Long-Term Care regulations preferred
