PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-driven **Records Management Specialist** to support a leading organization in the aerospace industry. If you are highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to play a key role in keeping critical operational records moving smoothly, this opportunity is for you.

• **Job Type:** Full Time; Consultant (12 months or possible temp to perm)

• **Location:** Rockford, IL 61125

• **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st shift)

• **Pay Rate:** $25.45 per hour

Role Summary

In this position, you will manage repair purchase orders for a broad portfolio of commercial airline customers. Your work ensures accuracy, compliance, and seamless communication across multiple teams—directly supporting operational performance and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do

• Liaise with internal teams on issues related to assigned repair orders

• Manage Repair Purchase Orders from acknowledgment through quote, shipment, and invoicing

• Convey customer requirements clearly and professionally

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements including:

• Asset reporting

• Customer service level and on-time delivery performance

• Turn time penalty avoidance

• Regular status reporting

• Collaborate across functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Customer Support, and Field Services

• Maintain accuracy and accountability in all record-keeping activities

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant customer service or account management experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial or military contract administration experience

• Prior customer service experience

• Experience with continuous improvement processes and tools

**Pay Details:** $25.45 per hour
