Summary: Work closely with the nursing, dining, and administrative teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve any facility-related concerns.

Schedule: Full-Time Day

Pay: $22 per hour

Job Duties

+ Conducting routine inspections of the facility’s systems.

+ Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents

+ Professional demeanor

+ Performing regular preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.

+ Collaborating with the Maintenance Director to prioritize and schedule larger maintenance projects.

Assisting with setting up and breakdown for special events and activities

Job Requirements:

+ Technical training or certification in relevant fields is a plus.

+ Proven experience in maintenance, repair work, or a similar role, ideally in a healthcare or residential setting.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot various systems ad issues independently.

+ Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks as needed.
