Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Supply Planning: Directs lifecycle inventory planning to drive sales, profitability, and customer availability through proactive supplier partnerships and execution excellence. Oversees launch forecasts for new items, ensuring seamless inventory flows aligned to modular timing and enterprise objectives. Builds strategic supplier collaboration, aligning supply plans, purchase orders, and contingency actions for disruptions. Guides allocation strategies by leveraging enterprise systems to balance limited availability across markets and channels. Leads seasonal and promotional planning to position inventory effectively for peak events and merchandising priorities. Provides strategic oversight of recalls, vendor returns, and end-of-life transitions, mitigating risk and ensuring responsible inventory disposition. Root Cause Leadership & Exception Management: Champions a culture of rapid recovery through advanced root cause analysis and the execution of get-well plans. Directs teams to proactively identify, resolve, and prevent out-of-stock challenges to sustain high in-stock performance. Oversees the development and execution of recovery strategies, ensuring accountability and measurable results. Guides the resolution of modular execution errors impacting replenishment. Elevates inventory health by reducing understock, overstock, and aged inventory through systemic improvements. Monitors On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) supplier performance, driving accountability and corrective actions to ensure delivery excellence. Inventory Product Flow: Ensures the strategic alignment of inventory flows across the network to achieve key performance indicators for availability, cost, and speed. Oversees open-to-buy and line reviews, maintaining alignment with financial and inventory goals. Ensures product flows are synchronized with resets, modular changes, and promotional windows. Leads response strategies for disruptions and inventory imbalances across channels. Directs the execution of network-wide inventory distributions to balance customer demand and cost efficiency. Network Inventory Planning: Provides enterprise-level leadership to align inventory strategies across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sourcing. Anticipates and drives the resolution of systemic constraints, continuously improving inventory health and strategic positioning. Partners cross-functionally to embed inventory strategies that optimize availability and reduce costs across the network. Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by setting clear objectives, identifying barriers, and aligning resources to deliver results. Directs and develops associates through training, mentoring, and performance management, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Establishes high standards for execution, innovation, and continuous improvement in replenishment and inventory management. Promotes and supports company policies, mission, values, and ethics, modeling integrity and building trust across teams and partners. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
