+ **Drive Data-Backed Strategy** : Deliver actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets to support merchandising strategies and business decisions.

+ **Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on data strategies, influence decision-making, and drive business outcomes.

+ **Develop and Implement Business Plans** : Recommend and execute initiatives based on analytical findings, continuously optimizing for performance and impact.

+ **Monitor and Report Performance** : Create clear, consistent reporting frameworks to track KPIs, identify trends, and communicate results to senior leadership.

+ **Champion Continuous Improvement** : Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and strategies, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

+ **Mentor and Influence** : Provide expert guidance on best practices in business analytics, supporting the development of junior team members and cross-functional partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.

2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
