    Role summary:

    The (USA) Senior Copywriter will develop compelling and on-brand content for multiple marketing initiatives, including campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear, benefit-driven messaging while maintaining consistency with Walmart’s content guidelines and brand voice. The position requires staying informed on industry trends and contributing to content strategy development. Additionally, the Senior Copywriter will support workflow efficiency, oversee vendor collaborations, and mentor associates to uphold quality and alignment with company values and standards.

    About the team:

    Our team delivers comprehensive design solutions across video editing, digital advertising, packaging, email, and social campaigns supporting multiple business units. We develop and implement digital media strategies that enhance Walmart’s market presence through data-driven insights and effective campaign management. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, we ensure alignment with brand goals while managing budgets and optimizing performance. Utilizing advanced tools in search engine optimization and data analysis, the team drives continuous improvement. Together, we execute impactful marketing initiatives that address multiple business needs and contribute to Walmart’s sustained success.

    What you'll do:

    + Develop and write clear, engaging copy for marketing campaigns, advertisements, landing pages, and creative initiatives that align with brand standards.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and business stakeholders to translate objectives into effective marketing messages.

    + Maintain and update existing creative assets, ensuring consistency with Walmart.com content guidelines and style.

    + Contribute to content strategy by monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance messaging impact.

    + Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and on-brand content delivery.

    + Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and promoting best practices in content creation.

    What you'll bring:

    + Proven expertise in copywriting and content creation for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms.

    + Strong ability to develop benefit- and feature-oriented messaging aligned with brand standards and marketing goals.

    + Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, UX, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into effective marketing copy.

    + Knowledge of content strategy development, including staying current on industry trends and competitive landscape.

    + Skill in maintaining content quality and consistency through adherence to style guides and brand voice.

    + Ability to manage and update creative assets while supporting efficient workflow processes.

    The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
