A DAY IN THE LIFE

+ Partner with Operations Leadership to provide marketing support for sales and business development efforts for the various ARCO business units

+ Oversee marketing activities for construction projects in progress

+ Independently develop responses for project pursuit requirements including prequalification questionnaires, proposals, client presentations and associated collateral materials

+ Independently perform focused industry research

+ Collect and update project profiles and team member resume content

+ Partner with Operations Leadership to develop and execute business unit specific objectives and key results plans

+ Manage database of prospects and customers for communication targeting

+ Plan events including but not limited to project groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings

+ Interface with customers to coordinate creative service offerings including press releases and property marketing collateral

+ Effectively present information to Business Unit leadership

+ Coordinate tradeshow and industry and broker/developer association involvement and events

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field from four-year college or university

+ 5+ years related experience developing technical sales proposals and supporting graphics – A/E/C industry experience strongly preferred

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

+ Proficient writing and editing skills

+ Excellent organization and project management skills

+ Ability to manage budgets
