A Day in the Life:
We’re looking for a strategic, data-savvy operator to help us scale our fleet operations across multiple depot sites. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in designing and launching efficient, high-performing depot operations that power the future of mobility. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across tech, product, facilities, and operations to bring new sites online and continuously improve how they run.
The salary range for this position is $100k-120k.
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead end-to-end depot launches — from planning to execution — ensuring each site is operationally ready and optimized for scale.
+ Design and refine operational workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and performance across all fleet depots.
+ Map and document key processes to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders and teams.
+ Turn data into action by analyzing performance metrics and surfacing insights that drive continuous improvement.
+ Apply learnings from current sites to inform future depot design, layout, and location strategy.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, facilities, and ops teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or analytics — ideally in mobility, transportation, or tech.
+ Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Experience building systems and processes in a fast-moving, agile environment.
+ Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can translate data into compelling narratives.
+ A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
