    We’re looking for a **Paint Technician** to support the production and upfit of CTOS utility trucks and equipment. **If you’re detail-oriented, skilled in painting and body repair, and want to grow your career, we want to hear from you!**

     

    + Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Prep, paint, and finish CTOS trucks and equipment

    + Repair minor dents, scratches, and fiberglass

    + Mix paint, operate paint booth, and maintain tools

    + Assist with body repairs, welding, and structural work

    + Keep work area clean and organized

    + Drive forklift to stage parts and move materials

    **Note:** Must pass respirator fit test (requires no facial hair on cheeks).

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ year’s experience in painting/body repair

    + Collision repair and fiberglass experience a plus

    + Ability to read and interpret design prints

    + Knowledge of industrial paints, primers, and techniques

    + Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions

    + Excellent attendance and teamwork skills

    + High School diploma or GED
