Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Sales Associate** **:

+ Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including in person and over the phone

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and product information

+ Accurately input customer data into the system

+ Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

+ Utilize computer systems to track interactions and resolve issues promptly

+ Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls or requests simultaneously

+ Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Job requirements:

+ Previous customer service or clerical experience preferred

+ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

+ Tech-savvy with solid computer and data entry skills

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, people-oriented attitude

+ Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

+ Valid driver's license required

+ Background check required
