Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $25 - $35 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Superintendent:

+ Lead, manage, and supervise day-to-day on-site construction operations.

+ Coordinate labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth work progression.

+ Maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and adjust plans as needed to avoid delays.

+ Conduct daily walkthroughs, safety checks, and enforce compliance with job-site safety procedures.

+ Review drawings, blueprints, and project specifications; identify discrepancies and propose solutions.

+ Communicate effectively with project managers, client representatives, and trades personnel.

+ Oversee installation quality, site cleanliness, and adherence to design standards.

+ Document daily activities, workforce hours, and site updates as required.

Job requirements:

+ Prior experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial construction or office renovations

+ Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project sequencing

+ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

+ Reliable transportation and ability to be on site daily

+ OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification preferred (not required but recommended)

+ This project involves transforming an existing office space, including interior demolition, build-out, staging, and coordination with multiple trades

+ Ideal for a seasoned superintendent who can operate with minimal oversight and maintain a professional presence on site

+ Background check and drug screening required
