    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $18 - $19 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:

    + Operate assigned machinery according to company guidelines and safety standards

    + Load materials, monitor machine performance, and make basic adjustments as required

    + Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

    + Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols

    + Communicate any issues with equipment or production to supervisory staff

    + Follow all company procedures for documentation and reporting

    Job requirements:

    + Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred

    + Ability to understand basic instructions, measurements, and safety procedures

    + Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

    + Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team

    + Willingness to train on multiple machines

    + Background check and drug screening required
