    Position Highlights:

    + Seeking a board certified/board eligible family medicine or med/peds trained physician to join established practice providing a full range of Primary Care services for all age groups.

    + Opportunity available at our Middleburg Clinic in beautiful, rural PA

    + Full-time or part-time physician option available

    + Ambulatory practice setting only; full-scope practice; minor procedures done in office; specialists available for referrals and consults in all fields.

    + Epic EMR and Dax Ai Scribe

    Our Commitment to You:

    + Compensation model: You are **paid to build your patient panel** , not by RVUs

    + **$50,000** Signing Bonus

    + **$200,000** in Commencement and Retention Bonuses
