    WellSpan's is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Physician to join our family medicine practice in charming Mifflinburg (https://www.wellspan.org/locations/wellspan-family-medicine-in-mifflinburg-loc0000203458) , PA. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established practice with a well-developed patient panel.

    What you can expect at your practice:

    + Join 2 seasoned APPs and long-term, dedicated staff who know the patients

    + Walk into an already established patient panel

    + Located in a shared building with physical therapy and on-site labs

    + 4-day, full-time work week available with day off mid-week

    + Excellent call schedule shard with large PC group: weekly call is 5-6x a year

    Our Commitment to You:

    + Compensation model: You are **paid to build your patient panel** , not by RVUs

    + **$50,000** Signing Bonus

    + **$200,000** in Commencement and Retention Bonuses

    + **Full** relocation

    + $5,500/year for CME
