About the Role:
Do you know your way around chillers, boilers, and rooftop units? Maybe you have HVAC experience and want to expand your career. CBRE is looking for someone to join our team that has experience with general building maintenance, and HVAC with a desire to expand their knowledge and build their career with us.

As a CBRE HVAC Technician, this job will support one of our premier clients in the Aerospace industry, located in Rocky Mount, NC. 7 - 3:30 M-Fri with some on call. (Easy commute right off the 95)
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing general support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:
+ Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electrical, steam, and chilled water systems used for building HVAC/R systems and equipment.
+ Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure accurate operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
+ Fix equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
+ Work with others as a true team member and share knowledge of your own job subject area.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within your team and any related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.
What You’ll Need
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience required, with 2-3 years of related experience.
+ EPA / CFC Universal Certification 608 **_Preferred but not required._**
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and the ability to carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to exercise good judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CMMS
+ Organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive attitude.
