Job Description
Responsible for performing daily reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of derivative trade activity, valuations, and cash movements between custodians/prime brokers. This role services as a key link between accounting operations, fund advisors, and external counterparties, working to maintain data integrity and support timely financial reporting and fund audit support. The Specialist will identify and resolve reconciliation breaks, document processes, and contribute to ongoing workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years of experience in accounting or finance activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
+ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies
+ Comfortable working under daily deadlines and managing multiple priorities
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
+ Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
