    Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? ATBS is looking for a Billing & Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance team. In this critical role, you will reconcile payments, manage billing processes, and support financial reporting. Your accuracy and customer service will ensure financial clarity and client satisfaction.

    About the Opportunity:

    + Reconcile and apply high-dollar carrier payments in Salesforce

    + Manage declined payment cases, including calling clients for resolution

    + Set up and cancel Automatic Recurring Billing (ARBs)

    + Process credit notes, card/check refunds, and respond to chargebacks

    + Post Driver's Legal Program payments for Company Driver Services clients

    + Maintain and update 3rd party "bill to" carrier invoicing reports

    + Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

    + Use Excel to track data and allocate revenue to departments

    + Monitor, update, and approve client records during engagement and termination

    + Answer finance questions from clients and carriers with professionalism

    + Serve as a backup for the Balance Due Audit (BDA) and other Finance roles

    About You:

    + You solve problems creatively and develop innovative solutions

    + You are analytical and detail-oriented

    + You always go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service

    About Your Expertise:

    + Progress toward an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

    + Experience with Excel, payment platforms, and data reconciliation is beneficial

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Clear and professional phone and email communication
