    Playbook365, part of the Travel and Leisure Co. family of brands, is a leading sports event management platform transforming the way sports events are planned, managed and organized. Our innovative solutions, including Staybook (formerly Group Productivity Solution - GPS) our group housing application, and Playbook, our event management application, solve the complex needs of youth sports event planning and group accommodations, ensuring seamless event management and exceptional participant experiences. **If the person identified for this role lives in the greater Orlando area, they will be required to work in the corporate office three days a week with the opportunity to work from home the other two days.**

     

    We are seeking a **strategic and versatile Senior Marketing Specialist** to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategy, creativity, and execution across multiple marketing channels. Key responsibilities include managing website content updates, fulfilling partnership initiatives through creative assets and event activations, and providing support for trade show and event logistics. The specialist will also oversee social media calendars, manage content development such as blogs and whitepapers, and support both organic and paid digital campaigns with tracking and optimization. Success in this role will be measured through defining and reporting on campaign KPIs, analyzing ROI, and applying industry knowledge to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

    How You'll Shine:

    Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development – 25%

    + Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and growth.

    + Partner with sales, product, and client success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

    + Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to refine messaging and positioning.

    Website & Content Management – 15%

    + Manage website content updates to ensure information is current, accurate, and aligned with campaigns.

    + Oversee content creation and distribution, including blogs, whitepapers, and thought-leadership articles.

    Partnership Fulfillment & Event Support – 20%

    + Manage fulfillment of partnership deliverables across email, print, digital creative assets, and event activations.

    + Provide support for trade shows and events by coordinating pre- and post-logistics, shipping, sales materials, and event plan documentation.

    Social Media & Digital Marketing – 20%

    + Create and manage an organic social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

    + Support digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including UTM tracking, demand generation, and performance optimization.

    Analytics & Reporting – 20%

    + Define and track KPIs for campaign success, reporting regularly to leadership.

    + Monitor ROI across campaigns and programs to optimize resource allocation and improve results.

    Travel Requirements

    What You'll Bring:

    Education

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    Training Requirements

    + Strong expertise in marketing strategy development, integrated campaign planning, and go-to-market execution.

    + Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

    + Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital, paid media, lifecycle campaigns, and audience segmentation.

    + Experience with demand generation tactics and campaign optimization across paid, owned, and organic channels.

    + Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to partner across marketing, sales, product, and client success teams.

    + Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a track record of driving continuous improvement.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    + Familiarity with the youth sports industry and ability to apply that knowledge to marketing initiatives (preferred).

    Technical Skills

    + Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms.

    + Experience with CRM system Hubspot.

    + Experience with campaign tracking, UTM management, and KPI reporting.

    + Knowledge of paid and organic digital platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, Meta) and digital advertising.

    + Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates (no coding required).

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.

    + Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization methodologies.

    Job Experience

    + 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, campaign planning, or execution.

    + Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and client success teams.

    + Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including social, content, email, partnerships, and events.

    + Background or working knowledge of the youth sports business is strongly preferred.
