    Description:

    Performs evaluations and implements treatment in all levels of care (acute, TCU, acute rehab, outpatient as needed). Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral and under the supervision of the Team Lead or Senior Therapist. Adheres to all hospital and department policies including but not limited to: infection control, performance improvement, billing procedures and scheduling. Availability during weekdays and weekends is required.

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

    + Master's degree or Doctorate preferred.

    + Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of PA.

    + BCLS certification required.

    + Strong communication, teamwork and time management skills.

    + Experience preferred

    + Current minimum requirements include two weekend shifts per month and two holidays per year.
