Description:
Position Purpose:** **Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab at St Mary's Hospital in Athens, GA.
What you will do:
M** **aintains productivity levels, schedules staffing, serves** **as the point person for departmental recruitment and corrective action when necessary, and works with the department** **director on strategic planning initiatives
Also,** **This leader works closely with the** **cardiologists to identify opportunities for cost savings with products
What you will need:
Licensure /Certification/ Registration: RN (** **Registered Nurse** **)** **or** **RCIS** **(Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and/or related experience required. Current BLS and ACLS thru American Heart Association is required.
Education:** **Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, Respiratory Program or Cardiovascular Program required.
Experience:** **Minimum of five years in Cardiac Cath Lab required, with two years in a Leadership/Management role. Excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
