How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Customer Engagement & Loyalty (CE&L) team is central to building customer relationships, driving engagement, and creating experiences that strengthen Delta’s brand and value proposition.
As an Analyst, you will support initiatives across CE&L that deepen member engagement, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. You will collaborate across Delta’s commercial teams to analyze data, support campaign execution, and contribute to strategies that make Delta the world’s most customer-centric airline.
Responsibilities:
+ Support development, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer initiatives across CE&L.
+ Conduct data analysis to evaluate program performance, track loyalty trends, and identify actionable insights.
+ Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate key findings to stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Revenue Management to align efforts and deliver results.
+ Contribute to ongoing innovation, customer engagement, and loyalty-building efforts across multiple CE&L teams.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Collaborative team player with curiosity and willingness to learn.
+ Must be eligible for full-time employment in the United States
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field; internship experience in these fields are a plus
+ Familiarity with loyalty programs, marketing, or customer engagement strategies.
+ Exposure to data tools or statistical analysis software (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, or R).
