The Inside Sales Representative team member is responsible for high volume inbound and proactive outbound prospecting, lead/opportunity management, and order entry.

Your role:

+ Process Medical Consumable Supplies (MCS) orders via phone and email.

+ Respond to customer inquiries related to order tracking, shipping info, and part availability.

+ Process orders on the Integrated Client (SAP) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, and appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the order.

+ Provide support and information cross functionally within the Market to Order (M2O) & Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC), as required/requested.

+ You will work 7:30AM-4:00PM.

You're the right fit if:

+ You’ve acquired a minimum 1 year of experience in supporting Sales/E-Commerce teams or equivalent with a High School Diploma/Vocational education or no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.

+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

+ You’re a self-motivated, goal-oriented, easygoing team player.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $67,253 to $74,253, annually.Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
