As a **Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Team** in **Harrodsburg, KY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will engage with visitors and team members, maintaining a visible presence and supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergencies that may arise within a manufacturing and industrial environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter potential issues within the location.

+ Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
