What You'll Do:

+ Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner and assist with access control procedures at the front desk of a financial institution.

+ Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access.

+ Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms, and report any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed logs and records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site-specific policies.

+ Provide customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and assisting with general inquiries from visitors and staff.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support security-related procedures and emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
