What You'll Do:

+ Assist with access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals.

+ Provide customer service by addressing questions and/or concerns from visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner.

+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.

+ Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual behavior, to the appropriate personnel.

+ Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
