As a **Security Guard - Healthcare Facility Patrol** in **Durham, NC** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism in a healthcare environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or incidents within the healthcare location to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to direct visitors as needed.

+ Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing guidance to individuals in the area.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
