As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to promote peace of mind, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal policies.

+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.

+ Assist with site-specific tasks as directed by management or site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR or first aid certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
