Administrative Specialist - Women's and Children's

Responsible for the coordination of a variety of complex administrative functions and maintenance of electronic information systems for a department.
+ Provides coordination and support for Programs.
+ Develops and maintains information systems including databaseselectronic files and websites.
+ Develops implements and maintains effective and professional office practices and procedures.
+ In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience: 2 years relevant experience
Licensure: None required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
Position Compensation Range: $16.97 - $33.94 Hourly
