As a **Security Officer - Financial Lobby Patrol** in **Tampa, FL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with clients and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as security breaches, facility hazards, and emergency situations.

+ Work closely with client staff and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

+ Follow all site-specific guidelines and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and client management.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
