    Job Title: Process Engineer

    Job Description

    The role of the Chemical Engineer is to apply chemistry concepts to the manufacturing or processing environment to facilitate continuous improvement on production equipment while adhering to safety regulations.

    Responsibilities

    + Apply chemistry concepts to improve manufacturing or processing environments.

    + Facilitate continuous improvement on production equipment.

    + Adhere to safety regulations in all processes.

    + Create and maintain P&ID diagrams.

    + Maintain CAPA documentation including IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience in process improvement and continuous improvement in a raw material production environment.

    + Knowledge of how raw materials affect chemical equipment.

    + Experience in manufacturing engineering and process engineering.

    + Experience with P&ID diagrams and corrective action plans.

    + Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering

    This is a Permanent position based out of New Castle, DE.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

     

    Vac/HOL pay, health coverage- will update with more specifics shortly

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in New Castle,DE.
