Job Description
The Project Manager will utilize their technical experience to effectively plan, direct, control, and coordinate multiple global activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of project planning, lean practices, risk management, and engineering techniques.
Responsibilities Include
+ Plan, direct, control, and coordinate multiple global projects simultaneously.
+ Implement and manage project planning and management procedures.
+ Apply lean practices and risk management techniques effectively.
+ Utilize a strong foundation in engineering, project planning, and machine construction.
+ Communicate and build relationships with internal and external customers.
Must Haves
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years in project management (ability to work 40+ projects at a time)
+ 5+ years experience working in engineering/manufacturing environment
+ Lean six sigma experience
+ Understanding of complex mechanical systems and PLC driven machine automation
+ Strong foundation in project planning and analysis, risk evaluation, and mitigation
+ Estimated travel is 5-20% or as required
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Canton, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $50.48/hr.
