    Join a dynamic team where you will play an integral role in building, implementing, and training on two new systems: the Alarm Management System and Shift Log/Shift Handover Systems. Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Conduct experiments and simulations to validate process changes.

    Responsibilities

    + Build, implement, and train on Alarm Management System and Shift Log/Shift Handover Systems.

    + Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

    + Conduct experiments and simulations to validate process changes.

    Essential Skills

    + Fundamental process engineering understanding.

    + Data analysis and process troubleshooting.

    + Effective communication with all teams in the department.

    + Proficiency in PLC, SQL, and Python.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with systems such as AVEVA PI System, RtTech RtDuet System, Seeq System, Win911 System, and Asset Intellect System.

    + Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL tools.

    + Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

    + Network engineering and server upkeep knowledge.

    + Ability to configure and program PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related control interfaces.

    + Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues in control systems.

    + Industrial plant troubleshooting experience.

    Work Environment

    Work in a high-temperature production facility while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Be willing and able to wear a full-face respirator mask. The role is deeply embedded in operational excellence and is critical to plant performance.

    This is a Contract position based out of Eagan, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $46.00/hr.
