    Job Title: Product Complaint Analyst

    Job Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely registration of adverse events and product quality reports from initial receipt to data entry within required timeframes. You will conduct quality reviews of external providers' reconciliation tasks for clinical and post-marketing cases, including medical information, product complaints, and third-party vendors. Your communication skills will be essential as you convey information clearly and succinctly to customers both verbally and in writing, demonstrating a high level of customer service. You will utilize your judgment skills to identify issues that impact workflow and apply rigorous logic to solve complex problems effectively. Additionally, you will identify gaps and areas needing improvement and communicate or implement recommendations or changes.

    Responsibilities

    + Register adverse events and product quality reports accurately and timely.

    + Conduct quality reviews of external provider reconciliation tasks.

    + Communicate clearly and succinctly with internal and external customers.

    + Demonstrate high-level customer service skills.

    + Identify issues impacting workflow and solve problems effectively.

    + Identify and communicate areas needing improvement.

    + Perform tasks outside of your primary responsibilities to assist with departmental needs.

    + Prioritize and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

    + Experience with computer databases.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Effective time management and prioritization skills.

    + Adaptability to switch tasks to meet business needs.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

    + Fast learner of technical and process skills.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

    + Experience in a regulatory or medical setting is preferred.

    + 6 months to 1 year of similar work experience.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of North Chicago, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
