Electrical Project Manager – Hybrid | San Bernardino, CA

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results across diverse sectors—municipal, educational, medical, federal, and private. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering flexibility, growth, and the chance to shape the future of building systems design.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead projects from proposal through construction completion.
+ Serve as the primary client contact, building lasting relationships.
+ Develop and pitch fee proposals for clients and secondary markets.
+ Supervise and mentor 1–2 designers/drafters, fostering growth and collaboration.
+ Perform redline reviews and ensure quality control.
+ Engage new clients at industry events to expand business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
+ 8+ years in electrical design and project management (flexible for strong technical talent).
+ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Bluebeam.
+ Ability to produce biddable construction documents.
+ Experience across multiple sectors (municipal, education, medical, etc.).
+ Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
+ Passion for mentorship and team development.
Preferred Qualifications
+ PE license (not required but highly valued).
+ LEED certification.
+ Experience with complex electrical systems.
+ Background or interest in AI-driven design tools—we’re investing heavily in automation and innovation.
Work Environment
+ Hybrid schedule: Minimum 3 days in-office, flexible hours, 4/9 schedule with half-day Fridays.
+ Field work: 20–30% (flexible based on preference).
+ Collaborative, mentorship-driven culture with quarterly check-ins and professional development support.
Compensation & Perks
+ Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 (up to $140K for PE holders).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
