Job Description
+ We are seeking an Assembler to join our team in Temecula. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
+ You will perform detailed assembly and operate various equipment and machinery following documented procedures, which may include electronic assembly, casting/coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging.
+ The position requires working in a controlled cleanroom environment and involves using microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and other equipment.
+ You will perform routine assignments according to specified and standardized procedures, ensuring accurate visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies.
+ Your work will be closely reviewed, and you will also perform tests using computerized test equipment, repair and correct devices/components, and maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and quality.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble medical devices and related components.
+ Operate various equipment and machinery per documented procedures.
+ Clean tools and equipment following documented procedures.
+ Perform visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies.
+ Conduct tests on units using computerized test equipment.
+ Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.
+ Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.
+ Maintain accurate records to ensure travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents are accurate, ensuring traceability and quality assurance.
+ Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment during all operations.

Work Environment
+ This position is based in a manufacturing cleanroom environment, utilizing microscopes and various equipment.
+ Our dress code emphasizes professionalism, prohibiting suggestive or derogatory clothing, dirty or stained attire, pajama pants, bedroom shoes, and house slippers.
+ Jeans are allowed if professionally appropriate, without rips, holes, or stains.
+ Global gowning procedures must be followed, and makeup, false eyelashes, or jewelry are not permitted.
Additional Information:
Regardless of shift, the first day of work is always orientation from 7am-1:30pm.
(3 true openings + a pad of 5 openings) 1st Shift: 5am or 6am to 1:30pm or 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays
(2 openings) 2nd Shift: 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays, must be able to train on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks
Must be available for mandatory Overtime on the back end of the shift
There is a possibility that some candidates will be moved to a 9/80 shift after training based on current need.
Operator I: 6 months of manufacturing experience needed
Operator II: 3-4 years of manufacturing experience
Operator III: 5+ years of manufacturing experience
1st Shift:
Operator I : Pay is $19.25/hr.
Operator II: Pay is $20.00/hr.
Operator III: Pay is $20.75/hr.
2nd Shift:
Operator I : Pay is $21.18/hr.
Operator II: Pay is $22.00/hr.
Operator III: Pay is $22.83/hr.

This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.
