    Job Title: Warehouse Worker

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic shipping and receiving department as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play an integral role in our production team. You'll be responsible for assembling satellite sub-assembly parts, using various hand tools and measuring equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness and protection of assembled parts. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Work as part of a production team to assemble parts.

    + Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins.

    + Assemble satellite sub-assembly parts manually.

    + Use various hand tools, measuring, and test equipment.

    + Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes.

    + Pack, seal, and move boxes.

    + Pick up, move, and sort small parts.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Essential Skills

    + Packing, inventory management, picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving.

    + General labor skills.

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + US Citizen, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non-Citizen allowed to work for any employer.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associates degree or certificate in a technical area.

    + Assembly or manufacturing experience.

    + High aptitude for working with small electronics, including soldering small electrical components or mechanical equipment.

    + Experience in space or aeronautical fields.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean room environment where adherence to safety protocols is paramount. You will be required to wear smocks, hair nets, beard nets, and shoe covers to maintain the integrity of the environment.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Midland, TX.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
