As a **Material Handler** , you’ll be the backbone of our operations—moving seamlessly between departments, tackling a variety of tasks, and keeping our supply chain running smoothly. This isn’t just about forklifts (though you’ll get plenty of time behind the wheel); it’s about adaptability, teamwork, and making an impact every shift.

     

    • Key Responsibilities

    + Pick and pack items with precision using pick sheets

    + Keep inventory on point with RF scanners

    + Build pallets and break down boxes to keep things moving

    + Operate pallet jacks across the warehouse floor

    + Drive reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and tuggers

    + Load and unload trucks—whether with lifts or manual pallet jacks

    + Support Shipping & Receiving by managing ERP tasks (Epicore) and working dock doors

    • Essential Skills

    + Flexibility to jump into different departments daily

    + Solid experience in warehouse operations

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1+ year of forklift experience

    + Willingness to cross-train with production tasks

    + Comfortable using computers and ERP systems

    + **1st Shift:** 5am–3pm

    + **2nd Shift:** 3pm–1am

    + **Weekend Shift:** 6am–6pm

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
