Build What Powers Industry

Join a growing manufacturer of engineered process equipment used in heat transfer and liquid filtration — including automatic strainers, heat exchangers, aftercoolers, and cyclone separators. As a **Welder/Fabricator** , you’ll be hands-on in crafting high-performance systems that serve critical industries across the globe.

What You’ll Do

+ Weld, repair, and assemble metal components using TIG and MIG techniques

+ Work with stainless steel and carbon steel materials

+ Operate fabrication equipment: brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, drill presses

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

+ Set up and operate machine tools (drill presses, end mills, edge planers)

+ Assemble and install equipment using hand and power tools

+ Cut, thread, bend, and connect metal and non-metal pipes and fittings

+ Secure piping systems with brackets, clamps, and hangers

+ Maintain quality standards and safety protocols throughout the process

What You Bring

+ Experience in TIG and MIG welding

+ Proficiency with stainless and carbon steel

+ Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills

+ Familiarity with pipe cutting and threading

+ Pulse welding experience preferred

+ High school diploma or GED required

Work Environment

You’ll be part of a climate-controlled shop floor with moderate noise and heat. Expect a hands-on, active role that involves standing, lifting, and working with precision tools in a team-oriented setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
