    We’re Hiring: Sheet Metal Fabricator in Everett, WA

    **Shift:** Day Shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    **Pay Range:** $26–$32 per hour, depending on experience

     

    About the Role

     

    We are looking for a talented Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal components with precision, following detailed plans and specifications. If you have experience in sheet metal work, mechanical assembly, and general trade skills, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble structural metal panels in a production environment.

    + Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

    + Use measuring tools such as tape measures and squares with accuracy.

    + Handle materials and assist with suspended load movements.

    + Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks on time.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Strong skills in sheet metal fabrication, installation, repair, and blueprint reading.

    + construction, metalworking, assembly, and cutting.

    + Ability to measure accurately down to 1/16 inch.

    + High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.

    + At least 2 years of experience in roofing, siding, metalworking, or assembly trades.

    + Ability to select and operate appropriate tools and shop equipment.

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to work in various positions (stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting).

    + Full mobility in upper and lower body.

    + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

    + Frequent use of hands for handling tools and materials.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
