• Order Picker – Join Our Warehouse Team!

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to keep things moving? We’re hiring **Order Pickers** to help ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment in our clean, climate-controlled warehouse.

What You’ll Do

+ Read and interpret order tickets to locate products

+ Use forklifts and pallet jacks to pick and move items

+ Verify order accuracy and maintain inventory records

+ Package and stage orders for shipping

+ Keep your work area clean and organized

+ Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation

+ Follow all safety guidelines

Essential Skills

+ Order picking, packing, and general labor experience

+ Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Additional Qualifications

+ Ability to lift and move items as needed

+ Basic computer skills

+ Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift

+ Previous warehouse experience is a plus (but not required!)

+ Dependability and punctuality are key

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
