Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to precision. This role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to audit processes.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts and the general ledger to ensure accuracy.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain financial integrity.

• Prepare detailed and timely financial reports for management review.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with established standards.

• Collaborate in annual audit processes by organizing and providing necessary documentation.

• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and organizational requirements.

• Support less experienced accounting staff and provide mentorship as needed.

• Execute additional accounting tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with attention to detail.

CPA Preferred but not required

• Expertise in financial analysis and reporting.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.

• Familiarity with accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively guide entry-level staff.
