Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the operations and financial management of a diverse industrial and commercial real estate portfolio in Delray Beach, Florida. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong accounting expertise to maintain seamless coordination between property management and financial processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to delivering efficient property operations and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties, including tenant communications, service requests, and lease management.

• Ensure the accuracy of lease setups, renewals, and amendments within property management systems.

• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise project execution to ensure timely completion.

• Monitor project budgets, validate cost allocations, and review documentation for funding and construction draws.

• Develop and implement operational best practices to enhance portfolio efficiency.

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Conduct monthly accruals and analyze property-level financial performance.

• Lead annual budgeting and reconciliation processes, including operating expense reviews.

• Perform detailed variance analyses to identify trends and financial risks.

• Collaborate with accounting teams to maintain data integrity across management and financial systems. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

• At least 6 years of experience in property management or real estate accounting, with a focus on commercial or industrial portfolios.

• Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi, is highly preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of accrual accounting, month-end close processes, and general ledger management.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting and variance analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and oversee vendor relationships.
